Cbr250rr Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Users

- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple registrations or other improper circumvention methods
- Accessing the platform from restricted regions or using a VPN to conceal your actual location
- Distributing harmful or threatening content, or harassing other users or cbr250rr staff
Cbr250rr reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, or referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.
Liability limits and account policies

The platform makes no guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times. cbr250rr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, odds display errors, or processing delays beyond cbr250rr's control.
Cbr250rr reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity in an account
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's current policy
Intellectual property and third-party links
All content on the cbr250rr platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of cbr250rr or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written consent from cbr250rr.
